What is Zero Real Estate Execution?
Zero Real Estate Execution is a real estate workflow app that helps you track leads, escrows, and next actions in one place. The Zero List surfaces what needs attention so you can clear work instead of constantly checking dashboards.
How do I contact support?
Email support@thisiszero.app from the address associated with your account when possible. We typically respond within a few business days. Include your account email, a short description of the issue, and screenshots if relevant.
How do refunds work?
If you subscribed on our website (Stripe), you may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@thisiszero.app. Renewal charges are not covered. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under their policies—we can point you in the right direction if you email us. See also Terms → Subscriptions & payments.
I can’t sign in or I get an error when signing in.
Try signing in with the same method you used to register (e.g. Google, Apple, or email). Check spam for password-reset messages. If you use a work device, corporate firewalls or VPNs can sometimes block auth—try another network. Still stuck? Email support@thisiszero.app with what you see on screen (no passwords).
How does Google Calendar sync work?
You can connect Google Calendar so obligation and escrow-related events can sync where supported. You control the connection in Settings. If events look wrong or duplicated, disconnect and reconnect calendar access, or email us with examples. See also our Privacy Policy for how calendar data is used.
Where do I manage my account, plans, or payment?
Sign in at thisiszero.app in your browser and use Settings / Billing as available. Apple does not process website billing for the service; questions about invoices or access are handled through support and your account on the site. For refunds: website subscriptions may qualify for a 30-day money-back on the initial charge (see Terms); App Store purchases follow Apple's refund process.
How do teams and shared leads work?
Team features let you share leads and collaborate with people you invite, subject to your brokerage and MLS rules. You are responsible for what you share. If someone can’t see a lead or a team looks wrong, email support with the lead name (no sensitive client details you’re not comfortable sharing).
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information. For details on what we collect and how we use it, read our Privacy Policy. For account deletion or data questions, contact support@thisiszero.app.
I’m using the iOS app. Is it different from the website?
The app and website are designed to work together. Some screens or integrations may differ slightly by platform. If something works on the web but not in the app (or the reverse), tell us your device model and iOS version when you write in.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email support@thisiszero.appwith "Bug" or "Feature" in the subject, steps to reproduce (for bugs), and what you expected to happen. We read every message; we can’t promise a timeline for every request, but your feedback shapes the roadmap.
