Terms of Service

Welcome to Zero Real Estate Execution.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Zero Real Estate Execution LLC, a limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Zero Real Estate Execution application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Zero Real Estate Execution is a productivity and workflow tool designed for real estate professionals. Zero Real Estate Execution helps users track leads, escrows, deadlines, and related tasks, including optional team collaboration. Zero Real Estate Execution does not provide legal, financial, brokerage, or compliance advice.
2. TEAMS AND COLLABORATION
If you use team features, you may share leads, tasks, notes, and related information with other users invited to your team. You are responsible for what you share and for ensuring that sharing complies with your brokerage, MLS, and legal obligations. We are not responsible for disputes between teammates or for how team members use shared information.
3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Zero Real Estate Execution is not a licensed broker, attorney, accountant, or fiduciary.
Any information provided by Zero Real Estate Execution is for organizational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying all deadlines, dates, obligations, and compliance with applicable laws, MLS rules, brokerage requirements, and client obligations.
Use of Zero Real Estate Execution does not replace professional judgment.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of data you enter
- Ensuring deadlines and obligations are correct
- Securing your account credentials
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Zero Real Estate Execution is not responsible for missed deadlines, lost deals, financial loss, or regulatory consequences.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not:
- Use Zero Real Estate Execution for unlawful activity
- Interfere with service operation
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malware or abusive content
- Harass others or misuse integrations
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Zero Real Estate Execution uses third-party services to operate, including Google (calendar sync and, when you use AI features, Google AI services), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (certain AI features when enabled), and sign-in providers such as Google and Apple when you choose them.
If you connect third-party services (including Google Calendar), you authorize Zero Real Estate Execution to read and write data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Zero Real Estate Execution is not responsible for:
- Sync delays
- Duplicate events
- Deleted or modified third-party data
- Service interruptions caused by third parties
- Changes to third-party terms or availability
Third-party integrations are provided "as is."
7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FEATURES
Optional features may send portions of your content (for example, notes or contract text you choose to submit) to OpenAI and/or Google AI to generate summaries, suggestions, or extractions. By using those features, you instruct us to process your content in that way. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you must verify results before relying on them. Third-party AI providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis (for example, monthly or annual billing, as selected at purchase). Fees are stated at checkout or in-app before you subscribe. Taxes may apply.
8.1 Payment authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Zero Real Estate Execution LLC and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the initial subscription fee and for each renewal at the start of a new billing cycle, until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.
8.2 Auto-renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for another period of the same length. Renewal charges will be at the then-current price for your plan (plus applicable taxes), except where a fixed price was expressly promised to you for the renewal term under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information current.
To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your renewal date where your payment platform allows (for example, through the billing portal or account settings we provide for web subscriptions, or through Apple subscription settings for App Store purchases).
8.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation tools we make available (such as our billing or account settings on the web) or by contacting us at the email in Section 17. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancellation and billing are managed through Apple's subscription controls.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. If you qualify for a refund under Section 8.4 (including the thirty-day satisfaction guarantee for qualifying website purchases), you must request it as described there. Otherwise, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or pro-rated amount for any prepaid period you already paid for.
8.4 Refunds and satisfaction guarantee
Website (Stripe) purchases.If you purchase a new paid subscription through Zero Real Estate Execution's website using Stripe, we offer a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee on your initial subscription charge (the first payment for that subscription). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, email us at the address in Section 17 within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase date to request a full refund of that initial charge. We will process approved refunds to your original payment method within a reasonable time. Renewal charges are not covered by this guarantee. If you later start a newpaid subscription, a new thirty-day window may apply to that subscription's first charge only.
After the thirty (30) day period (and for any charges not covered by the guarantee above), except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, downgrades, or renewal payments except as stated in this Section or as required by law.
Apple App Store. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, billing and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. We do not process App Store refunds directly; you may request a refund through Apple or contact us for guidance.
8.5 Price changes
We may change subscription prices prospectively. If we do, we will provide notice in advance as required by applicable law (which may include email or an in-app message). Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance of the new price; if you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect where your payment platform allows.
8.6 Payment processors and disputes
Web payments may be processed by Stripe (or another processor we designate). App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer as a substitute for following these Terms or our cancellation process, where such dispute is not permitted by applicable law. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute that we reasonably believe is unjustified, we may dispute it with the network, limit or terminate access to the Service, and pursue amounts owed (including fees imposed on us by payment networks), subject to applicable law.
8.7 Non-payment
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features until payment is received or the subscription ends.
9. DATA OWNERSHIP
You retain ownership of your data.
By using Zero Real Estate Execution, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.
10. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abuse or misuse of the service
- Security or operational reasons
You may stop using Zero Real Estate Execution at any time.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Zero Real Estate Execution is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Real Estate Execution LLC shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Missed deadlines
- Lost deals
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zero Real Estate Execution LLC for the Service in the last 12 months.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Zero Real Estate Execution LLC harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your data
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. APPLE APP STORE
If you access the service through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Zero Real Estate Execution LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple's standard App Store terms of use also apply. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms solely as related to the iOS app and may enforce these Terms against you.
