Welcome to Zero.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zero application, website, and related services ("Zero," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Zero, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Zero is a productivity and workflow tool designed for real estate professionals. Zero helps users track leads, escrows, deadlines, and related tasks. Zero does not provide legal, financial, brokerage, or compliance advice.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Zero is not a licensed broker, attorney, accountant, or fiduciary.
Any information provided by Zero is for organizational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying all deadlines, dates, obligations, and compliance with applicable laws, MLS rules, brokerage requirements, and client obligations.
Use of Zero does not replace professional judgment.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of data you enter
- Ensuring deadlines and obligations are correct
- Securing your account credentials
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Zero is not responsible for missed deadlines, lost deals, financial loss, or regulatory consequences.
4. CALENDAR AND THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
If you connect third-party services (including Google Calendar), you authorize Zero to read and write data on your behalf.
Zero is not responsible for:
- Sync delays
- Duplicate events
- Deleted or modified third-party data
- Service interruptions caused by third parties
Calendar sync is provided "as is."
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Zero may offer paid subscriptions.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. DATA OWNERSHIP
You retain ownership of your data.
By using Zero, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.
7. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abuse or misuse of the service
- Security or operational reasons
You may stop using Zero at any time.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Zero is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Missed deadlines
- Lost deals
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zero in the last 12 months.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Zero harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your data
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
