Billing details & refund policy
- Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee (website / Stripe): full refund of your initial subscription payment if you email us within 30 days of first purchase (see Terms). Does not apply to renewals. App Store:refunds follow Apple's policies.
- Cancel anytime from Billing (web) or subscription settings (App Store). You keep access through the end of your current period. After the 30-day window, no pro-rated refunds for prepaid time except as required by law.
- To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date when your platform allows.
- After the 30-day window (and for renewals), fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply at checkout.
