Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Zero Real Estate Execution account and the personal data we hold for that account. Choose the option that fits your situation.
Option 1: In the app (signed in)
Open Settings, expand Delete account, and confirm. This removes your account and associated app data from our service.
Option 2: Email request
If you cannot sign in or prefer email, send a request from the email address you used to register (when possible) so we can verify ownership. We process deletion requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, subject to legal or security exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store or other store subscriptions. Manage or cancel those in your Apple/Google account or billing settings as applicable. See Support for billing FAQs.
